Greg and Anne's (Guests) Pancakes
Step one
- 1 ¼ cups all purpose flour
- ¼ cup toasted wheat germ
- 1 ½ tbls sugar (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 ½ tsps. Baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- Step two
- cups plain low fat yogurt
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup oil
- 3 tbls. Water (or to desired thickness)
Step three
Mix and pour into step one mixture in together
These generally cook at a slightly lower temperature for slightly longer because they are generally thicker than normal pancakes.
