Crab & Cream Cheese Breakfast Bake
( Compliments of the Squiers Manor )
For 8 servings you will need:
Spray 9 x 13 glass pan with cooking spray
Layer 8 oz. crab meat (imitation crab okay)
8 oz. cream cheese cubed (low fat okay)
- Blend 8 eggs
- 1½ cups milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. mustard
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp. dill weed
Pour over crab and cream cheese. Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes until set.
