EGGS FOR A GANG

Taken from Fairview Manor in Ben Lomond, California

Ten Servings

  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cans (15 ounces each) creamed corn
  • 1 can (7 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 325° Oven.  In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.  Pour into greased 13-by-9 inch glass baking dish.  Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until set.
