Apple Oven Pancakes

Batter

• 1½ cups milk
• 1½ cups flour
• 9 eggs
• 3 tsps. Baking Soda

Sauté

• 6 granny smith apples
• 9 tbls butter
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 tsps. Cinnamon
• 1 tsp. nutmeg

Topping

• ½ cup sugar
• 2 tsps. Cinnamon
• 2 tbls. Butter

Sauté apples, butter, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; put in 2 8 x 8 dishes.

Pour batter over apples and bake in 400 º oven ten minutes; remove from oven and add topping; return to oven for 20 minutes. Slice in wedges and garnish with sour cream.
