All Inn room rates are quoted on a single or double occupancy basis and do not include tax. Additional persons (more than 2 per room in the suites) are $15 per person per night. Weekends are defined as
Friday and Saturday nights, weekdays are Sunday through Thursday nights. We also reserve the right to raise rates without notice. A two (2) night minimum stay is required on weekends April 1 through
October 31, and year round on holidays and special event weekends. Special event weekends are set at the discretion of the Inn

Check In Procedures
On Site Check In: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Off Site Check In: After 4:00 PM at Comfort Inn Calistoga located 1/4 mile down Lincoln Avenue.
All reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to day of arrival by 4:00 PM PST, otherwise a penalty of one night's stay plus tax will be charged. Cancellation requests via e-mail and or voice message will not be accepted.
*Special Events and Holidays carry a 14 day cancellation policy.
Guarantee / Deposit Policy
All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card to guarantee a reservation. Rooms will be held until 7:00 AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date. Credit card will be charged one night's deposit plus tax, 7 days prior to day of arrival. Declined credit card will result in loss of reservation.
The Brannan Cottage Inn does not accept pets. A fee of $250 will be charged for any violations of this policy.
