New Recipe Book Features Brannan Cottage Inn
“Favorite Recipes from Northern California Inns”, by Dr. Ann M. Crowley (a registered dietitian from Iowa City, Iowa), was recently published and is now available for purchase at Brannan Cottage Inn. The price is $24. The book features recipes (breakfast and other meals and goodies) from Brannan Cottage Inn, along with 34 other Inns in Northern Calilfornia.
The book also includes 154 photographs, brief histories of each of the Inns (and their current owners), a cross-referenced index, a map with the locations of all the Inns, and, of course, 270 delicious recipes. Dr. Crowley tested and modified the recipes for smaller servings than the 20-25 typically served at the Inns.
With regard to Brannan Cottage Inn, Dr. Crowley writes “Cooking…was a natural for Judy who had significant experience cooking for her family, her four sons, and their friends, who were always happy to stay for dinner and often stayed for breakfast as well!” So come to Brannan Cottage Inn soon and try Judy’s tested (and now published) breakfast recipes.
